At A Silk Weave, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange as per the following policy:

1. Return and Exchange Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be:
    • Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
    • Accompanied by the original tags, packaging, and invoice.
  • Items that are damaged due to customer mishandling or worn will not be eligible for return or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Items purchased during clearance sales or promotional offers (unless damaged or defective).

3. Process for Returns and Exchanges

  • Initiating a Return/Exchange:

    • Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange.
  • Approval: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions, including the return shipping address.
  • Shipping the Product:
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
    • For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only for returned items that meet our eligibility criteria.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose an alternative product of equal value or opt for a refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photographs of the product and packaging.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
